interested in international applicants as well as those from the U.S.
The person does not currently have to be in academia but they have to
have the publications, grants/projects and collaborative leadership
that we have specified.</font></div>

</u>If you know of possible candidates in the other disciplines who
might be interested, they should let me know in case we alter the
search later in the year so that we can send them the revised job ad.
Because we are a public institution, we must stay true to the ad and
then officially change it if we do not get a good group in the first
effort.</font></div>
