Transparency International have today published their downloadable handbook "

Stopping corruption to save lives: A practical guide for humanitarian 
emergencies" described as "

a timely, comprehensive practical guide for combating corruption in 
relief and reconstruction" and prepared in collaboration with seven 
major humanitarian agencies.
