[Radix] Help required

Good Day colleagues. My name is Christo Coetzee. I am a masters student
currently doing my master dissertation on the disaster management cycle. I
am currently collecting data, and was wondering wether it is at all possible
if anyone can provide me with data regarding the cycle, especially
critique's of the disaster management cycle.

Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated
