[Radix] Survey reminder: 2009 UCAR Community Survey

I find it quite offensive that the UCAR Survey manages to forget that  
they ever had a
Center for Capacity Building or Societal-Environmental Research and  
Education Laboratory (SERE)!

Let's ALL reply to this survey and remind them, and not let them re- 
write history!
