The magazine "Global Future (A World Vision Journal of Human Development)" has published an issue, Number 2 for 2008, on "Neglected emergencies: forgotten but not gone".  Featured authors are Michèle Lebrun (European Commission for Humanitarian Aid), Sadako Ogata (Japan International Cooperation Agency), Ian Smillie (The Diamond Development Initiative), and Ben Wisner (The London School of Economics and Oberlin College).
