[Radix] Help with Cycle research

To whom it might concern.

I am a student currently doing my masters in Disaster Management. Earlier
this year Ilan Kelman brought up the subject of the disaster management
cycle and the many variations of the model currently in existence. This
inspired me to conduct research on the various types of cycles. The purpose
of the research is to determine which cycles exist, which are most effective
and how the cycle have been adapted and used by various role players. If anyone
has done similar research or created their own disaster management cycle it
will be much appreciated if your research could be passed on to assist me in
my own research.
